High power Xenon mono clear flash tube

You are buying 1 new tube in a sealed bag, the second tube pictured out of the bag is for illustration purposes only and may have been used. This is intended as a replacement part for a Bowen’s or similar photographic flash unit.

The spacing between electrodes is 25mm.

The inside diameter of the glass is 58mm

Outside diameter of glass loop is 78mm

If you are interested in building very high power flash equipment I also have available trigger transformers and reflectors to suit these lamps as pictured, also some brand new 4700 MDF 450V capacitors, if you want to build something extremely powerful, please note this auction is for the tube only. Flash circuits are not overly complicated to build and there is plenty of information available on line; they are, however, extremely dangerous, a large capacitor charged to a high voltage must be treated with the utmost respect. It can kill you in the blink of an eye. It is much more dangerous than a mains voltage shock; with that much stored energy you are not likely to get a second chance.
